NOTE: Please put in a fully soaked filter, and install the water tray. Then, add water slowly into the water tray. Do not pour water into the basin without fully installed, as this may cause the filter installed to float up without staying in place.

How to clean the pump
Step 1: Remove and clean the pump sponger.
Step 2: Remove the pump cover.
Step 3: Remove the impeller cap by the fingernail.
Step 4: Remove the impeller with tweezers and clean the impeller with the brush.
Step 5: Clean the remaining part with the brush.
- To further ensure pets’ health, it’ s highly recommended to increase the frequency of changing water and cleaning the fountain & pump, at least once a week.
- Please replace the filter every 12 days in most cases, if you have more pets, or your pets are fond of playing with the drinking water, change the cat water filter proceeding from a real situation.
